It was reasonably clean with especially helpful staff at the receptionist.

Reasonably clean hotel with particularly helpful staff at check-out. Compact, new-fashioned room with a separate bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. A magnificent and handy location near bars and restaurants.

Absolutely perfect location, near Central Plaza Skyscraper.

Very good location for practically all activities in and around Hong Kong. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, we felt very comfortable. The furnishing in the superior room was absolutely satisfactory.

The breakfast buffet is versatile and generous, but in our opinion a bit too expensive. The surcharge for the late check-out in the evening at 8.00 a.m. is also quite expensive. But as an alternative we were allowed to leave the luggage and go to the hotel fitness center for free before the departure to shower and prepare for the future journey.

Large swimming pool and gym, good location, big shower.

Rooms are small, could have been more modern, air conditioning was very loud.

The hotel is very central and accessible on foot as well as by public transport

The location is ideal for all activities in the city. Underground, ferry terminal and tram can be reached in 5 minutes. Our room was very neat and clean. Free and fast W-LAN is available throughout the hotel.

The somewhat expensive breakfast. But you can have a great breakfast around the hotel for around 100HKD!

This hotel was quiet in every respect, had exceptional staff with nice staff members. We were in a great and handy location within easy walking distance of Times Square. The venue was a lovely base for enjoying a good area.

In general, the prices for decent accommodation in HK are very high. Single travellers pay practically the same price as for double occupancy. No real single rooms. But that doesn't only apply to the Novotel!

The breakfast was really good, the buffet very appetizing and there was enough of everything. The location of the hotel is very good and all excursion points can be easily reached from here.

It s'for me unacceptable to sleep in a room which was next to the elevators!! The sound made by the machinery and cable is not possible for that range of hotel.

This is a really good hotel on HK island in a central location with easy access from the airport - take airport train to HK Island then transfer to the H2 free bus to a number of city hotels including Novotel Century. The hotel is clean, new, rooms reasonably spacious (for 3 people) with a good buzz about it and helpful staff. Great shopping and eating within the local area. We had a really good stay here

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the outdoor swimming pool with a peaceful sun deck was a highlight , and the location just a 5-minute walk from Wan Chai made it easy to explore the area.
